1. How soon will my listing go live?
- Instantly, as long as all required information has been entered properly -

2. What is the express interest button for?
- Many other listing sites only allow a potential customer to click either one vendor at a time OR send information to ALL vendors stating 'your information has been sent to 19 providers'. We beleive the customer should have the option to select as many or as few vendors as they wish, therefore creating a more quality lead for our vendors. -

3. If I have paid for a Professional Listing and would like to select my keyword phrase, how do I do that?
- For Professional Listings ONLY you are allowed to provide us with YOUR choice of a keyword phrase! We will place your phrase on Google Adwords at OUR cost! No other listing site has this option. We feel that our vendors will be more satisfied if they are allowed or wish to choose their own keyword phrase. Simply e-mail us with your keyword phrase request, your username, and we will add it.

4. How soon will my keyword phrase go live on Google?
- Please allow 5 business days to process your request. All entries are done manually. -

5. How do I place a banner ad on this site?
- We offer 2 types of banners at this point. Only TWO banners per category will be allowed to rotate. (2 vendors in the same position) This provides better traffic for our banner customers without flooding the banner positions with too many rotations!

6. What if I am a national company or wish to be listed in several states?
- Please e-mail us with your request and we will contact you personally to provide a package discount to earn your business.

7. I've paid for my banner but cannot find where to upload it. What do I do?
- This is really quite simple. If you go back into your profile after purchasing your banner, you should then see a field where you clicked to sign up for your banner ad. Use the Browse button next to that field to choose a file on your local file system to upload as a banner.

8. What type of images and what size images do you accept as banners?
- We accept .gif .jpg and .png as image types and the image can be no larger than 460 pixels wide and 60 pixels high.
